Labs and Exercises

¢ Submitting labs

Ø Place the following at the top of the first page, - use lab number I assign (1-2, for example)

             Name:

             Lab Number:

Ø Write legibly; if I cannot read an answer, then it will be counted as incorrect.

Ø If the lab is multiple pages, then staple (upper left corner) and 3-hole punch them before submission

Ø Hand the lab to me (not on a table, leave in printer, etc)

Ø Watch me place a date on it, check your submission in my notebook, and place the lab in my notebook

Ø My notebook is always on my desk - check it periodically to determine whether a lab has been submitted

Ø If you miss a class, give me a short note (typed) that contains the days missed and why - these days will not count as late days if the reason

for your absence is valid. (forgot to attend, for example, is not valid)

Drop days count, weekends and holidays, etc. do not count

¢ Before labs are assigned I will explain the techniques, principles, etc. (and you should have already read the material, etc).

After the lab is assigned, I will respond to any legitimate question concerning clarity.
