Ø Submit assignments in a Word document. At the top of the first page type your name, date, and Exercise number, each on a separate line.
       A penalty of 4 points per day is assessed for each day past the due date.
       For the purpose of calculating late days, each day of the week is counted regardless of whether the class meets that day.
       Holidays and weekends are not counted.
Ø If the Exercise is multiple pages, then staple them before submission-do not 3 hole punch.

Ø Hand the Exercise to me (not on a table, leave in printer, etc)

Ø Watch me place a date on it, check your submission in my notebook, and then place the Exercise in my notebook

Ø My notebook is always on my desk - check it periodically to determine whether a Exercise has been submitted

Ø If you miss a class, give me a short note (typed) that contains the days missed and why - these days will not count as late days if valid .

        "Oops, I forgot", for example, is not valid.

        "I turned it in" or "I thought I turned it in" are also not valid
