Rules and Regulations are for everyone else, not us enlightened (pseudo intellectual) folks!  Observe the "enlightened" Obama worshiping bumper sticker.

At the entrance to the road leading to the back of the Science building, there is a sign (shown on the near right) that clearly states the area is a fire zone. The area in which the car is parked is clearly designated as restricted with large colored lines. In addition to the sign there are cones blocking the road that have to be moved to gain entrance. George Boole would be amazed at the "common sense" logic.
