Restaurant Prooblem

Part a

Assume that you are the mananger of a restaurant. Establish a price for cokes, fries, and burgers and set a tax rate.

Write a program that will

  Provide a greeting for a customer and announce the price of cokes, fries, and burgers.

  Take the customer's order.

  Announce the total bill, including tax.

Part b: Optional

  Prompt the user to enter the number of dollars he is providing in payment (assume dollars only)

  Enter an amount in response to the prompt that is at least 5 dollars more than the bill (example: bill = $13.25 and customer give a 20 dollar bill)

  State the change in dollars, quarters, dimes, nickles, and pennies
